Mojama Slices with Toasted Almonds Recipe

Ingredients

  • 60g almonds
  • 12 slices Mojama, cut medium thick (2.5-3mm) – approx 175g
  •   olive oil
  •   red onion, thin slivers
  •   aged balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Toast the almonds in the moderate oven until a golden brown; let cool
  2. Brush the mojama slices on one side with the olive oil and arrange on a serving plate
  3. Top each mojama slice with two or three little onion slivers, a few drops of vinegar and some almonds
